How it works

Conversation
30 minutes, free. What you're doing now, what isn't working, and whether there's anything here worth pursuing. If there isn't, I'll say so.

Assessment
Two to three weeks. I look at how your business actually runs, then give you a written report: what's worth doing, in what order, and what it will take.

Build
Six to twelve weeks. Implementation, with the logging, version control and documentation that keeps it working after the engagement ends.
Ongoing support is available monthly once something is running.

Twenty years building enterprise systems, including an ERP that ran a medical and optical distributor across ten countries for fifteen years.
I published a methodology for governing AI-assisted development, because most of what gets built with AI quietly loses the things that make software trustworthy.
I still write the code. This isn't a strategy deck.
